Scope of Work
- Structural & Decking: Repair 2 broken trusses, replace damaged rafter tails, remove & replace 15 sheets 7/16″ OSB decking (≈128 sq ft).

- Siding & Band: Replace 1 corner board, 0.25 sq siding, 20 LF rotted 1×8 band board.
- Roofing System: Tear off 47 squares 25-year 3-tab shingles & 15 lb felt; install GAF Sovereign 25-year 3-tab over GAF FeltBuster synthetic felt; replace all plastic plumbing boots, 103 LF ridge vent, and 4 skylight flashing kits; magnetic nail sweep and complete debris removal.
