Scope of Work
- Removal and replacement of damaged/rotted roof decking in areas surrounding a plumbing boot and square louver vent.
- Installation of ice and water shield underlayment in affected areas.
- Replacement of existing plumbing boot with new unit.
- Retention and reinstallation of existing square louver vent in good condition.
- Installation of new architectural shingles in affected areas.
- Magnetic nail sweep, cleanup, and haul-away of all job-related debris.
