Peach Roofing completed a one-day full roof replacement for Daniel Wood in Morningside, removing aging rolled roofing and 3-tab shingles, installing an 80-mil white TPO membrane on the low-slope section and CertainTeed Landmark Lifetime shingles on the front roof—correcting prior subpar work and earning a 5-star review for thorough, friendly service.
Scope of Work
- Low-Pitch Section: Tear off rolled roofing & fiberglass underlayment; replace 32 sq ft ½” CDX decking; install 70 LF aluminum drip edge; fit 80 mil white TPO membrane over ½” mechanically attached insulation.
- Front Roof: Tear off 18 squares 25-year 3-tab shingles & 15 lb felt; replace 32 sq ft ½” CDX decking; install 15 squares CertainTeed Landmark Lifetime architectural shingles over synthetic felt; use 2 squares CertainTeed XT-25 3-tab for starter & hip/ridge; add 1 square rolled roofing with ice-and-water shield above front door; install 20 LF ridge vent, 200 LF aluminum drip edge, and new step/counter flashing around masonry fireplace (16 LF).
- General: Replace all plastic plumbing boots; magnetic nail sweep; supply 20-yard dumpster; complete debris removal.
