Peach Roofing completed a full roof replacement for Felix Vargas in Lawrenceville, removing the existing shingles and underlayment, installing GAF Timberline Weatherwood Lifetime architectural shingles with matching Sovereign Slate hip/ridge and starter courses, replacing up to 64 sq ft of damaged deck, adding ice-and-water protection in valleys and around skylights, fitting new aluminum drip edge and pipe-jack flashing, and finishing with a magnetic nail sweep and total site cleanup.

Scope of Work

  • Tear off and dispose of existing shingles and underlayment.
  • Install GAF Timberline Weatherwood Lifetime Architectural shingles over synthetic felt.
  • Use GAF Sovereign Slate 25-year shingles as starter course and for hip & ridge cap.
  • Replace up to 64 sq ft of damaged/rotted roof decking (equivalent to two 7/16″ OSB sheets).
  • Install ice-and-water barrier in all valleys and around skylights.
  • Install aluminum drip edge along eaves and rakes.
  • Remove and replace pipe-jack flashing.
  • Magnetic nail sweep, complete cleanup, and haul-away of all job-related debris.
