Peach Roofing returned to Lee & Betty Carroll’s Decatur home for a two-day comprehensive project—installing a new 40-square Charcoal HDZ Timberline Lifetime roof, repairing storm-damaged sections above the furnace, and restoring 18 LF of underground gutter drainage—earning another 5-star review for the team’s decade-plus of reliable, professional service.

Scope of Work

  • Full Roof Replacement: Tear off 40 squares existing architectural shingles & underlayment; install Charcoal HDZ Timberline Lifetime shingles over synthetic felt with GAF Pro-Start starter and Seal-A-Ridge cap; ice-and-water shield in low-slope zones, valleys, fireplace chase & dormers; replace single-over ridge vent, drip edge, pipe jacks, 5″ furnace vent/rain cap/storm collar, and up to 64 sq ft decking; magnetic nail sweep & dump-trailer disposal.
  • Roof Repair: Remove 4 squares shingles & felt above furnace; replace 1 sheet rotted decking; install ice-and-water shield, new architectural shingles (color-matched), two heavy-duty plumbing boots, and new metal vent stack; cleanup & magnetic sweep.
  • Gutter Repair: Install 18 LF 4″ PVC drain pipe, modify concrete curb, dig sod-saving trench; restore site & haul debris.
